T[h]ank you for pointing that out

I hope we dont get the rain that we got last month, they estimate we had 300-400mm in the hills above our local water catchment and it wiped out the Reservoir.
The weather station is all DIY built around ESP boards, some temp probes and BGT-W815S pro. I scored for free, as only the wind speed/direction is working, the temp/pressure and rain all seem to supply corrupted data

Waiting for the weather to hit over on the west side

Only wind as the rain gauge is not working
I’ve only done the Pyg Track, and it was about as claggy

If the last four or so years are anything to go on we are in for some shit.
Just in this summer we have had 4 storms come through NZ where we have over 250mm of rain in 12-24 hours. It was estimated that there was 380mm of rain fall on the mountain (large hill by international standards) here at home in just 8 hours. That is 1/6th of our yearly rain falling in 1/2 a day

I guess I’ll be on the priority list again, just like covid: The joy of managing a food processing plant - no time off

as an aside, in fish-keeping you aim to keep nitrates below 5ppm, and in many cases below 1ppm.
The drinking water limits are there for 2 to 10 x what most people would keep fish in

My daughter is excited to see the lunar eclipse as it falls on her birthday - if she can stay up that late

Welcome a long, I hope you enjoy the ride

Thumbs up for thunderpants
Now I need to know what I’m missing out on… I know the smell of formic acid, and can smell it if andts are really pissed off - but do they just smell?

Who knows, all the articles either say canarywood or don’t mention any wood type

yea, I searched that - and I don’t understand

"The Pou of Hinematioro was carved from Canarywood… " from what now?

I hire about 10 seasonal staff each summer for about 5 months. they are just casual labour but we still offer the living wage to unskilled people just out of school ($28.95, so I guess this is what Ikia are offering).
I had maybe 200 applicants:
That leaves bugger all to choose from.
I think over $29 for staff that you are planning to sink training $ on and have stick around is probably a fair call
Shit, I think I’m under paid for the hours I put in on salary and the shit I have to do

I too want the features you list, not sure how doable the recommendations would be on a local server for songs that are not on there already?

Looks like Gnome needs an external clipboard, I thought it was just part of most linux WM. shows what 25 years can teach you if you you never venture out too far.

next they will remove the copy history?
But, but but…
We don’t exist on the world stage (or at least we hope that we will be forgotten about when the world eats it self), how can we believe that a bunch of dumpster diving rodents, that are lower than our hated possum, are capable of being trained by any North American
