i have used a windows vm to update mice (and some other things’) firmware before and it went quite well.

install lightroom, disable updates then run it with wine. you will only know how well it works or if it needs fiddling if you attempt to run it. it will most likely work in some capacity.

password protect your bios. that’s the only way i found for windows not to mess it up on my machine, seriously.

i select my spiders based on how effectively they can eat and rid me of the annoying gnats

call me paranoid or stupid but i always use the graphical file manager whenever i can to delete stuff for this very reason.

pretty convenient for them prices are skyrocketing right now then.
