    Really good to see a board listen to the community frustration, design a trial, run the trial, collect data, and determine the trial a success by using a metric that everyone will appreciate. A reduction in the issuance of fines.

      Yeah it seems this is a bit of common sense. 30 min parks defeats the purpose of a mall.
