
Typically it’s your birth certificate, Social Security card, and two forms of proof of residency (utility bills, etc).
Unless you’re married/divorced with a name that doesn’t match your birth certificate - then you get the added requirement of a marriage certificate/other proof of name change.

I have dyndns. I don’t recommend them, unless a coworker just gave you their lifetime pro account for free.
