I think you fall to understand how big the ocean is. Boat antifouling paint isn’t going to have much effect, the small boats that have coming seawater in their exhaust (they don’t exhaust into the water, that would add too much back pressure)

We have acidified the ocean with all the combustion engines in the whole world, but that didn’t require going out on the ocean
