Now that Apple has started blocking users under 18 in certain regions from downloading apps, the company has introduced new age verification tools for developers.
I’m actually surprised it didn’t do that in the first place. Especially in scenarios like dating and finances.
I guess trusting the app developer to implement it was their original strategy. But with all the vibe apps and countless security leaks, maybe giving it to apple/Google, who already knows what your butthole looks like, is the best solution in this use case.
