    Yeah … Will I ever see such a headline for a foss project? No, bcs no propaganda & “stores” can’t monetise it so no visibility.

      That happened before the Trump meltdown and wasn’t related to the red lines. This is more related to AI training than what Trump wants to use it

      The environment is complicated and being reductive isn’t useful. While I’m not saying they haven’t slipped their leash a bit, I think it’s a bit more complicated than just dropping their ethics.

      Your link and the time article about RSP is only slightly related to the Defense department decision. Both have lasting impacts, and both are ethics driven, but in entirely different directions. One relates to allowing for decision to be made about killing, Responsible Scaling Policy is about how fast and what safety they train their AI’s with.
