Only TV, movies and comics on screens after that, with brightness down on devices, and books being the best as it dials sensory input way down to prepare your brain for sleep.

I have a social media and games cut off of 10pm, typically. Only TV, movies and comics on screens after that, with brightness down on devices, and books being the best as it dials sensory input way down to prepare your brain for sleep.
Also, you can turn off infinite scroll on Voyager.
