We had robins in late January this year, when they typically don’t arrive until mid March. Since the ground was still frozen they had to live off of the shrivelled buckthorn and honeysuckle berries from last autumn.

where I live it’s gone from freezing, up to 70°F, back down to freezing four times, and heading for a fifth, in the last five or six weeks. I’m getting sick of it. warm up or don’t
