It’s been in congressional record for 10 days now. Most likely the regime is going to blow it off as disgruntled haters as long as they can, if not forever. We’ll have to see if it goes anywhere.
We need age limits. I kinda wonder why the founding fathers did not do this but I think surviving to this level of impairment was rare. No constitutional position should be able to start if the person is age 65 or older period and judges should have to retired at 70. I realize I am being generous but part of the issue is we have people retire at 67 now and push for 70 in the general populace. We need to reduce this by about a decade.
When the founding fathers were around there were not a lot of people making it to those ages. Nature took care of it.
