    That’s assuming their purpose is to protect teenagers, rather than, say, make all online activity identifiable to the authorities.

    I mean I think it’s a good idea that we don’t legally allow teens to smoke and drink.

    And I consider social media to be pretty harmful to developing minds. Hell, even adults minds. So I’m not totally against it.
