Not the kind of chips that are optimized to do massive training. NVidia is still king in that space. And they are not happy to sell those to a hostile semi-competitor. Anyone that can get systems with Vera Rubin (or Blackwell, or even Hopper) chips is able to call the shots.
That “unexpected demand” is probably just two LLM agents tasking each other in an infinite loop somewhere.
