Correct. Mediocre managers know they’re out of their depth and are afraid to manage, because they’re afraid theyll screw it up. So they look for ways to avoid it. They’re the ones who constantly bring in consultants to give methodology seminars and leave binders full of crap everybody is supposed to follow. These same inferior managers think AI is their golden ticket to higher productivity with lower headcount.
