Fascism is now completely in the open and anti-fascism is being suppressed. These are very dangerous times for us all. I am not sure if even explaining which side I support would be a crime anymore.

This sentence won’t hold up on appeal, but it will serve to scare anyone who wants to exercise any first amendment rights.
I think the next logical step for the judge to be impeached or recalled or however that works.
