And what’s worse is they don’t stick the new barcode sticker on properly so the checkout can’t scan it and I have to manually type in the super long barcode number. If the sticker is folded/printed badly that I can’t get the number right, I have to call the self-checkout attendant to do an override. Shame ding shame.
Woolies does it right with QR codes on both front and back stickers so it has some redundancy. Coles please join the 21st century.
