To be fair, there was a number of incidents where mold was growing in rooftop units and getting blown into buildings. Designs have changed a lot and that’s not an issue now.
Legionnaires disease! Big big thing that. Usually only happens with the huge units though, yeah? I’ve never heard of it happening with the small window units.
