I am not American and where I live, wine is illegal (exceptions are there and loopholes too) so it is difficult for me to drink wine in my community and country.
The basic recipe for wine is grape juice, yeast, and time, and yeasts are everywhere. It’s not hard to “accidentally” turn an opened bottle of grape juice into wine.

That would make for a very unpredictable result, and even as someone who is not that much into wine, I would advise against doing that
