    Yeah it bases it on what currency you pay with it looks like, so it will be hell to circumvent. I dont even know how you can do that.

      You can technically change the region of your steam account but it’s not something you can do often or easily. They lock you into a region to prevent you from country hopping to get cheaper prices on games that implement region pricing.
