    How many people were too sick to work so had to go on benefits?

    What other risk factors are there?

    It’s a study that would be difficult to make .

    But I definitely agree that poverty is bad for health.

      This is jobseeker. If there are people on it who can’t work that’s still a failing of the welfare system, albeit a different one.

    I think australians thinking is heading towards american levels of individualism. A lot australians have the same hatred towards the poor as americans do, and hating taxation aswell

    What if they actually want the poor to die? What if this is a silent war of attrition? Capitalist eugenics… The new human’s worth is only measured by the wealth they accumulate and/or how well they play the compliance game…
