It’s for tattooing of realistic nipples on someone’s body. I’m guessing for breast cancer survivors, etc.

While I agree with you in principle, collarbones are considered sexual by some people and societies. Sometimes things are needlessly sexualized and it’s unhelpful.
Shout out to reddit for setting any subreddit to NSFW if enough NSFW accounts post there, even if the posts they make to the subreddit are not sexual. r/highheels is now marked NSFW despite NSFW explicitly not being allowed there.

Agreed. The Duke of Tittie Town would be a really disappointing title if you got to Tittie Town and you don’t even see even an areola slip while you’re there. Might as well call it “Pastie Town”
