Trying to train your own specialised LLM to save on tokens using their outputs will soon likely be forbidden under “AI weapons of mass destruction apocalypse terrorism act (that we’re the only ones who are allowed to do it even though we’ve been recklessly irresponsible so far)” and attract a 20 year prison sentence. They just tell our govt what they want and they obligingly give it to them.
Australia is a lucky country run mainly by second rate people who share its luck. It lives on other people’s ideas, and, although its ordinary people are adaptable, most of its leaders (in all fields) so lack curiosity about the events that surround them that they are often taken by surprise.
