      IDK why anyone would need a VPN for porn. Just use a porn site that doesn’t ask for ID; there is an endless amount of them.

      A porn ID law was passed last year where I live, and the only thing that changed with my viewing habits is the websites I get the content from.

        Yes you do: Because what sites you visit is no one’s business, not the ISP, not your local country’s government.

        Your “Just don’t visit that site” response is not a solution.

        You are aware that without a VPN, your ISP tracks what sites you visit?

        Is visiting sites that don’t observe the age verification illegal?

        As per OP, PornHub was blocking all anonymous access from Australian IP addresses in order to protect themselves of liability. They also halted any new memberships from Australia.

        I reckon their NZ customer base grew exponentially after they did that.

        Now that they have removed those restrictions, the New Zealand customer base will return to normal levels.
