It’s easier to chalk this up as a “religious thing” instead of an American client state under a brutal monarchy that killed their foreign imported slave.

Stop sending them our tax dollars for a start. Stop sending them bombs to commit genocide in Yemen. Stop giving them a greenlight to chop up reporters with bonesaws.

This isn’t religion. It’s capitalism and empire.
