An 18-year-old P-plater who was allegedly behind the wheel of a car that crashed into 10 Newcastle Knights fans has been granted bail after a review hearing.

      Allegedly. Next to a crowd including kids too.

      It’s not popular but I can see why he would have been granted bail - while he allegedly did something incredibly reckless and dangerous he is a very low risk of being a repeat offender, especially without his car. He has no history of violent or intentional/malicious crime.
