If a tech company’s platform helps scam you or floods your feed with hate speech or eating disorder content, you should be able to hold it to account. Right now, you can’t.
One thing would change Big Tech’s behaviour faster than any regulator: the right for you to seek compensation. It worked for asbestos and tobacco companies, and it will work for tech giants.
The Prime Minister is finalising this [Duty of Care] legislation right now, but he’s facing public backlash from One Nation, the Coalition, News24 and the Trump administration that could pressure him to water down this Bill, when he should be making it stronger.
Sign the petition now to tell the PM to stand firm and make Big Tech pay for the harms it inflicts on Australians.
Because Big Tech is faciliating and profiting off harms on our online spaces, including child sexual exploitation, rape and death threats and online scams. They will only stop when it hurts their bottom line.

I have zero issues with imposing capital punishment on imaginary persons. They should always be subservient to real people, and mercilessly punished when they’re responsible for, or involved in, inflicting harm on us.
So would that then be imaginary capital punishment?
You call yourself nonentity.
All capital is imaginary, ripping an imaginary construct into its constituent parts is a net neutral recalibration.
