    I’m a volunteer at a museum. To answer most of these points you will need to contact the charity foundation, and make sure you don’t mix my words and theirs (eg writing a letter to a minister is something I have done, having meetings with maritime is something they have done). In the background I am trying to encourage them to comment on these items too.
