The accruement of hours for anual leave is fantastic! I just dont think it makes sense for sick leave. Sick leave should remain as it is, 10 days. You dont get paid out atthe end of employment for sick days and you cant cash them out which means they avoid a lot of the pitfalls that make the “4 weeks” annual leave entitlement so troublesome.
