You don’t wanna be in the middle of an asphalt wasteland that’s at least 20° hotter than a grassy area with no shade or trees whatsoever cooking the concrete you will inevitably walk barefoot on during peak pool use time like summer? Won’t you think of the shareholders profits for one second!
