I have a similar issue, my laptop will sometimes refuse to wake up from suspend when opening the lid. And forcing it awake with ttyd just makes it wig out, I can’t even reboot it at which point, it just hangs while rebooting.

Hate my Nvidia laptop, everything worked fine 3 years ago and now nothing works.

GNOME didn’t have this before?

KDE has had this for almost 2 years I think. Heck it even works with my desktop monitors over DP and HDMI.
