How is this fundamentally different than what we already had in the US? Not like this is the first time US LEO have killed someone, not the first time peaceful protestors have been treated like terrorists by the FBI, local law enforcement, etc
Could also pay stay at home family members a living wage for the essential service they provide, like a stipend
