What does that last part even mean, in context of his clarifying statement, or ‘as a joke’? Maybe I am just not getting it.

If post-OP trans women had surgery to change their body back to not having a ‘cunt’ they’d be back to having body dysmorphia, which misunderstands their primary malady. Its also said so frivolously - as though trans bottom-surgery is a minor op you can just change your mind on at whim. It completly undercuts his former comments of support.
As far as I can see the joke is that he doesn’t really support trans rights and he’s just ‘saying the things you have to say now’ with a wink to his audience, and then clarifying that he’s not really an ally, fuck em lol. That’s the ‘joke’, right?

I made the wrong assumption too, because losing a cock is generally the major goal of trans women… So it made no sense to me and I presumed cunt as it would be more logical to censor.
