Why the fuck do they even need to talk about (non-avian) dinosaurs at all? If the point they’re trying to address is “how did meat eaters on the ark survive?” they could just as easily talk about lions, tigers, wolves, etc.
It’s such a stupidly adult concern too. Tell the kids they ate meatloaf. They’re kids. They’ll buy it.
Well ideally the person telling a science teacher to peddle religious doctrine should be stuffed into a cannon and fired at a brick wall, but as an intellectual exercise…
There were a lot of herbivorous dinosaurs. Vegetarian sort of implies an ethical choice. But still it shows we don’t need meat to grow big and strong.
