    This is such a cool exhibit.

    But because I have no remaining faith in humanity, I sort of expect to someday learn that the whole exhibit was created on a 3d printer in a garage, while the bodies donated for science were re-sold or tossed out (or never actually accepted in the first place).

    Even if it was 3d printed, it would be an amazing work of science and art, anyway.

    Sorry. I should probably believe in people more.

    This is what I would like to become if I donated my body to science. Realistically, however, I’d probably just end up being used by some military contractor to test shrapnel in an IED.

    I worked at Bodies: The Exhibition and it was pretty awesome seeing all that anatomy for free on a daily basis.

    i imagine many similar showcases scattered across the universe, different species unkown to us, that have had access to human cadavers, which have been studyied and displayed. and then its somehow ironic to think that we ourselves have ended up making a showcase of our bodies as well
