Absolutely agree with your idea there, but maybe durect the funds to building new housing department houses, that’s what lowers or at least keeps prices on keel, adding more avenues into an already overinflated market, like more first home buyers grants etc, will just push the prices up more, like all the other policies put in place recently have.

Pretty sure they’ve been ramping up rent anyway 😂
At least now some of it is tax, which can also be used for first home owners grant and towards helping the disadvantaged
First home owner grants do nothing but increase house prices by the same amount lol.

Yeah… Agree. That would be better. The point is to provide an advantage when first home owners buy
I am fortunate that i had help from my parents, but, I’d dread to not have that possibility
