My husband who steers his wheelchair with a lip joystick would be unable to traverse this because his head would bounce around too much. Obviously it’s for bikes not wheelchairs. But wouldn’t the same principle apply to make it uncomfortable for men’s nuts? Come to think of it, women might have a different experience, somewhat distracting.
Nah, if anything it will be noticeable in the palms, depending on the bike you ride and what tire pressure you’re riding in the front. In my experience, long rides with less than ideal saddles tend to make the area between the balls and the anus sore.
