Not curbing down shitty behaviour as soon as apparent.
Either the community is not aware of what’s considered acceptable behaviour, or can’t be arsed to denounce unacceptable behaviour.
Not determining a member of the community has a negative impact on it and getting rid of them; instead doing things half-arsed, like just “kicked him out of one of the chat”.
