I pointed this out elsewhere recently. The lawyers of FOX News, when trying to defend the agency in Dominion Voting Systems v. Fox News Network made it super clear that FOX News is an entertainment channel and is not supposed to be regarded as news (now called the Tucker Carlson Defense) that no reasonable person would interpret the content of the shows on FOX as actual news.

FNC’s business model depends on the notion that it’s main viewership are not reasonable people.
