Héctor Lavoe, portrayed in Alec Monopoly’s signature vibrant, graffiti-pop style, holding a microphone in front of elements of the Puerto Rican flag. The artist’s tag (“ALEC” topped with a top hat) is visible on the left side of the piece.

Commissioned by La Concha and unveiled in March 2021 to honor Lavoe’s enduring musical legacy and cultural impact on Puerto Rico.
