The NBN upgrade went through over the weekend (see here: https://aussie.zone/post/23680848).

Some providers have switched plans over without customers having to do anything, but others might require you to select the new plan manually. (Those providers are no doubt banking on some people being unaware or forgetting to change - at least for a while - so they don’t need to buy as much back-haul bandwidth.)

You will, of course, need a fibre connection to actually get these speeds.

    I just run a speed test on my UniFi System on ABB FTTP. From 108 at 5:26am this morning to 545 this afternoon.

      Note to Unifi users. I had enabled Smart Queues which left me at 100/16 until I discovered and disabled it. Had me stumped for 30min.

        Also the traffic inspection stuff can do it, anything that disables the hardware offload function will tank the speed.
