Feel free to put it in your wallpaper folder as long as you don’t remove my name from the corner.

Do you need one in a different aspect ratio than 16x9? (There’s a 9x21 in the comments here as well)

This looks like a rendering for some reason. Maybe it’s the smokeiness/fog giving it that LOD effect. Colors are kind of weird, too.

I think that the sparsely scattered but large trees contribute to that illusion. As if the devs were lazy and just threw some of the same asset around.

The wildfire smoke was messing with the colors quite a bit that day (we were about 7 miles from the Wrights Spring wildfire at the time)

It looked almost like Venus the following morning when we packed up our camping gear to head out. (we were in a bit of a rush as one might guess)

I was only in the area for 2 days on my road trip and it was pretty wild, my friend and I also ended up going to Train Mountain (OMFG can’t wait to go back in a couple years) and the Collier Logging Museum (which was so strange due to its emptiness (Just my friend and I, and yes it was open))

Sure can, would you like one in a different aspect ratio?

EDIT: One of my friends had asked for one to use as a phone wallpaper. So here’s one that’s 9x21.

      9x21 version.

Unless you’re selling or distributing, you’re pretty welcome to whatever you want with an image you find on the internet. If an artist posts their stuff on the internet and then doesn’t expect people to save a copy, I’m honestly not sure what they were thinking.

Chiloquin, Oregon (South South East Oregon)

I got the shot on a road trip with a friend earlier in August. We basically went on a large loop around Oregon (though we didn’t go all the way east, we did come back up Highway 101)
