Super crazy. Pre-breathing pure oxygen for upwards of 30 minutes ahead of time. Then laid at the bottom of the pool motionless for just barely over 29 minutes.

Yea, if you’re interested I’d suggest to start with ‘Breath’ by James Nestor. It’s a nice intro if you’re never really thought about the way you breathe before.
