There is an absolute glut of terrible Turkish delight out there. I don’t know why. Someone decided with a name like that perhaps you could sell someone anything and they would buy it? Try some at a really good Turkish restaurant or ask a Turkish friend to hook you up. If you just randomly try some again, chances are it will be awful again.

Have you seen “cats”?

This is a nice resource. For someone like me this would be a big project. I’m curious, it sounds like a lot of moving parts. Assuming it was running ok and I didn’t really touch it for two years, five years; what is the likelihood it would still be working?
